Singer and Rapper, Kofi Kinaata was crowned songwriter of the years on day one of the awards which will run until August 30.
This becomes the third time the artiste has been awarded with the same category.
Kofi Kinaata has over the years carved a niche for himself as a producer of excellent music the country and although he does not release many songs, he’s able to win the hearts of many Ghanaians with just a single song for each year.
The rapper and singer won the category with “Things Fall Apart”.
