You’re not helping to curb crime if you can’t voice out what Nigel Gaisie did to you – Ola to Mzbel

Movie producer and host of Entertainment Ghana on Neat FM, Michael Ola, has sent a word of advise to Berlinda Nana Akua Amoah, popularly known in the showbiz circles as Mzbel.

According to Ola Michael who was contributing to Peace FM’s Entertainment Review show, monitored by GhanaWeb, Mzbel’s refusal to tell the real story of what happened between her and Nigel Gaisie will make it difficult to curb the crime that was perpetrated against her and all other women who have suffered same fate in the hands of the prophet.

He said the Mzbel he knows should be bold enough to tell Ghanaians what exactly Nigel Gaisie did to her as long as she classifies it criminal, regardless of the fact that people from his side and other ‘big men’ sat down to solve the case.

Ola Michael also blamed the elderly people who chose to solve a criminal case at home instead of reporting it to the police, saying it is such behaviors that encourage people to continue to commit crimes against others.

“I feel Mzbel didn’t help; if she is the person I know her to be, I think she should voice it out, even though the case has been settled. Say it for all of us to know what really happened so that if someone we know is getting close to him we can warn the person,” he said.

It would be recalled that Mzbel in a post on Facebook, called out Nigel Gaisie and threatened to report him to the police if he didn’t compensate her as was agreed at a meeting.

She wrote on her page on Facebook: “Nigel seriously by the end of next week if I don’t get the compensation we all agreed on at the last meeting with your people, I swear on my ancestors, I will proceed with my legal action and the whole world will get to know with total evidence why you’ve been asked to compensate me! Foolish filthy boy!”

Many people who saw the post presumed that Nigel Gaisie may have had sex with her, but she came back to vehemently deny that, but also said what Nigel did to her was criminal, even though she didn’t want to talk about it.

Also recall that a few days ago, Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong in his expose of pastors in the country said without mincing words that Nigel Gaisie raped Mzbel.

“One of his victims is Mzbel. She tried to come out but she was prevented. I spoke with her. She said she was raped (by Nigel Gaisie). He wasn’t reported because he was the nation’s prophet under ex-President John Dramani Mahama,” Mr Agyapong said.
