GHMediaHub“Bayern Munich have opted to retain Thomas Tuchel despite a 3-2 defeat to Bochum on Sunday. The loss, their third consecutive defeat across all competitions, has raised concerns as they now trail Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen by eight points.
Speculations about Tuchel’s future heightened after Bayern cancelled his post-match press conference. However, according to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Tuchel will remain in his position and is determined to continue fighting on.
Bayern’s CEO, Jan-Christian Dreesen, echoed this sentiment, stating that the club has no intentions of dismissing the embattled head coach amidst the current situation.
“I feel rubbish. I don’t believe in big statements about the coach. This issue isn’t on our mind at the moment,” Dreesen said.”
