Nsoatreman FC drop major hint of appointing new head coach to replace Maxwell Konadu

2024 MTN FA Cup Champions, Nsoatreman Football Club, have dropped a major hint of appointing a new head coach just a little over a day after officially announcing the departure of Maxwell Konadu.

The teased the announcement of an incoming head coach with report rife that Konadu is on the verge of joining South African side Black Leopards.

Konadu and Nsoatreman mutually agreed to part ways following the conclusion of the 2023-2024 Ghana Club Football that had Nsoatreman win the FA Cup for the first time.

Nsoatreman beat Bono rival Bofoakwa Tano in a penalty shootout after extra time; the game ended 1-1 after regulation time and extra time.

After winning the Ghana Premier League title with Kumasi Asante Kotoko and securing Legon Cities stay in the Ghana Premier League, Konadu joined Nsoatreman after the club gained promotion to the top flight.

He guided Nsoatreman to fourth place in the standings and by virtue of winning the FA Cup, Nsoatreman will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
