NDC Wants To Copy Our Manifesto Because They Have No Original Ideas – John Boadu

The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NDC) John Boadu has lashed out at the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) by labelling them as copycats.

According to him the reason the manifesto of the NDC has delayed is that they are waiting for the NPP to launch theirs so they can steal some ideas from it.

Speaking at the launch of the NPP 2020 Manifesto in Cape Coast today, John Boadu said they are doing the NDC a big favour by launching their manifesto for them to copy ideas from it.

“They announced two months ago that their manifesto is ready, but they have not been able to launch it. Obviously, they are waiting for us to launch our manifesto so they can copy as usual, since they have no original ideas. Well, we have launched ours so they are free to copy, he stated.

John Boadu went on to tout the achievement of the NPP and what the new 2020 manifesto will be seeking to achieve.

“We are here to witness the unveiling of the document that will see to the consolidation of the gains made in the unprecedented national digitization agenda of this government; the gains made in the provision of value for money infrastructure for all not just for the big cities; the gains made in the One District One Factory; the gains made in the Planting for Food and Jobs initiative”, the General Secretary added.

However, it would be recalled that some few weeks ago, the NDC presented their manifesto to flagbearer John Dramni Mahama and have set a date to launch it.

President Akufo-Addo will be looking forward to retaining the seat for the next four years by campaigning on what he has achieved and what he will doing if his mandate is renewed.

The NDC and John Mahama will try to convince Ghanaians to give them another chance since they have learnt their lessons and corrected their flaws.
