The National Democratic Congress (NDC), the biggest opposition party, will deliver the True State of the Nation Address on Monday, March 20, 2023.
The National Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, will deliver the address, which comes only a fortnight after President Nana Akufo-Addo gave the State of the Nation Address to Parliament, as required by the Constitution.
The event will take place at the University of Professional Studies in Accra.
As a result, the filing of nominations for Presidential hopefuls has been postponed to the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of March at the party’s headquarters in Adabraka, Accra.
