MavisThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Youth Authority (NYA), Pius Enam Hadzide, has endorsed all aspirants vying for the flagbearership position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ghana. During an interview on Adom TV’s Badwam Show, Hadzide explained that each and every aspiring presidential candidate is capable of securing the party’s victory in the 2024 polls.
Hadzide’s endorsement comes at a time when the race for the flagbearership position of the NPP is heating up. With about five leading members of the governing NPP expressing interest in contesting the flagbearership slot of the party, there has been a lot of debate about who is best suited for the job. Many have tipped Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for the position, but he is yet to officially make his intentions known.
Hadzide, however, believes that there are several other candidates who are equally capable of winning the elections. He mentioned Dr. Bawumia, Alan Kyerematen, Kennedy Agyapong, and the former Agric minister as potential winners. According to him, the delegates across the nation and in the various polling stations will determine who wins, but no matter the outcome, a big victory awaits NPP.
Hadzide’s endorsement is significant because he is an influential figure within the NPP and the National Youth Authority. As the CEO of the National Youth Authority, he has a lot of influence over the youth in Ghana. His endorsement of all aspirants is a signal to the party faithful that it is time to put aside personal interests and work together for the good of the party.
Hadzide also highlighted the fact that the NPP is lucky to have promising and knowledgeable youth who can help build Ghana and lead it in the right direction in the future. He urged the party faithful to support the youth and give them the necessary tools to succeed.
In conclusion, Hadzide’s endorsement of all aspirants vying for the flagbearership position of the NPP is a positive development for the party. It sends a message of unity and cooperation, which are essential if the party is to succeed in the 2024 polls. It is now up to the party faithful to rally behind the eventual winner and work together to ensure a resounding victory for the NPP.
