Born on September 29, 1964, Daddy Lumba launched his music career in the 1980s and quickly rose to fame with the release of Yɛɛyɛ Aka Akwantuo Mu, a collaborative album with Nana Acheampong as part of the Lumba Brothers. His solo career soon took off, earning him legendary status with over 30 albums and timeless hits such as Aben Wo Ha, Theresa, Yentie Obiaa, and Playboy.
