I’m not offended when people say I sing like an auto-tune female artiste – Krymi

Ghanaian powerful vocalist and Afrobeat singer, Henry Nuamah aka Krymi has disclosed that he’s not offended when some music lovers conclude that he sounds like a female artiste on his songs.

“I’m not offended when people perceive my voice to be that of a female artiste. Seriously I don’t have any problem with that. I think that it’s only unique to have a voice that cuts across a particular range. It’s all part of the reasons why I’m unique as an artiste.”

The Highly Spiritual Music signee,  Krymi revealed that due to the soothing nature of his voice on his songs, some people even debate as to whether his voice is genuine or auto-tuned.

“So as for that one I’m not worried about it at all. I only need to explain to them that this is how I sing and it’s my real voice. It is not made up and that’s the only thing I have to explain to some people. Because when they hear my voice some people say its auto tune, some say it’s mixed up,” he added.

“But when they get to hear me personally then they say wow that’s not the case. I’m not bothered about that because my voice is natural and that’s what God blessed me with,” Krymi told Amansan Krakye on GBC Radio Central monitored by mynewsgh.com.
