The World Would Be A Mess Without Women – Sulley Muntari

One of Ghana’s favorite football legend, Sulley Muntari has spoken on the importance of having women in the world.

Speaking as a guest on Mcbrown’s kitchen hosted by Nana Ama Mcbrown, Sulley Muntari disclosed that when he is back from playing a match and things don’t go well, the only person who makes him feel better is his wife.

” My wife is the best thing to ever happen to me. Sometimes when the match doesn’t go in my favor, I come home and vent and instead of fighting me, she understands me and calms me down. My life would have been a mess without her”. He disclosed.

Speaking on his achievements as a footballer, the former Black Stars player stated that his mother played a major role in his career as a footballer.

” My mother is the strongest woman I know. She was supportive throughout my career as a footballer and even when I dropped out of school, she never discouraged me. I appreciate all her courage in raising a stubborn boy like me. She fought hard for me when some football teams wanted me to play for them. I always wanted to play for Kotoko so my mom helped me achieve that dream.” He added.

He went ahead to encourage men to keep supporting women because it’s the only way the world will be a better place.

“Women always have a way of making things better. They make the world a better place… imagine how the world will be without women?”. He quizzed.
