GFA: Black Stars to face Brazil in a Big Pre-World cup Friendly Game

Before the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the Black Stars will play a friendly match against Brazil, according to the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

The major match between the four-time African champions and the five-time world champions was officially announced by the GFA on Friday afternoon after Ghanasoccernet exclusively broke the news.

In response to the Confederation of African Football’s decision to postpone the September matches in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifications, the GFA and their Brazilian counterparts came to an arrangement for the friendly.

The match will occur on Friday, September 23, 2022, in an unidentified location in Europe.

Coach Otto Addo will use the game as a platform to evaluate his players in the run-up to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 finals in Doha.

While Brazil takes on Serbia (24 November), Switzerland (28 November), and Cameroon (December 2), the Black Stars play Portugal (24 November), South Korea (28 November), and Uruguay (December 2). (December 2).
