VGMA 24: Nominee List Released

On Saturday, March 18, 2023, the organisers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards disclosed the list of nominees for the 24th edition of the event.

The announcement included the top five categories: new artiste, record of the year, album of the year, Vodafone most popular song, and artiste of the year.

These categories are typically the most eagerly awaited and discussed by the public.

On March 17, the Unsung artistes of the year were announced ahead of the nominees for the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. The Unsung category is meant for upcoming music stars.

The six artists that made the list are: Ni Ashun, Aya Ramzy, DSL, Tsa Qa, Maya Blu, and Boi Jake.

The 24th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre.

The event will be broadcast live on TV3 across Ghana, as well as on affiliate media platforms across Africa and the rest of the world.
