A man named Samuel Hagan, aged 25, is in critical condition after being attacked by his ex-wife’s current husband, Kwame Tawiah, in Ekumfi Abontsi in the Central Region of Ghana.
The suspect, Kwame Tawiah, is currently on the run after the attack. According to reports, Samuel went to his ex-wife’s house to give her money and food for their 4-year-old child, who had been hospitalized.
When he arrived, Kwame Tawiah, the current husband, confronted him, and an argument ensued. The suspect attempted to harm Samuel with a shovel, but he managed to evade the attack and left.
However, Kwame Tawiah later followed him and attacked him with a machete on his way back to Ekumfi Dunkwa. Samuel is currently receiving treatment at Mankesim Hospital, and a report has been filed at the Essaekyir police station.
