Nollywood Icon John Okafor, Popularly Known as Mr. Ibu, Passes Away
Reports indicate that the beloved actor, John Okafor, widely recognized as Mr. Ibu, has sadly passed away at Evercare Hospital in Lagos State following a prolonged illness.
The 62-year-old actor had been grappling with health issues that ultimately led to the amputation of both of his legs. He was diagnosed with diseased blood vessels, and his family had previously appealed for financial support from Nigerians to address his medical needs, citing constant clotting of blood in his legs and other health challenges jeopardizing his life, necessitating the amputation.
