Death of #FixTheCountry activist: Calm down – Ejura chief to angry youth

The Chief of Ejura in the Ejura Sekyere-Dumase Municipality of the Ashanti region, Barima Osei Hwedie II has appealed to the youth in the community to calm down in the murder of #FixTheCountry activist, Ibrahim Mohammed aka “Kaaka”.

The aggrieved youth of Ejura on Monday, 28 June 2021 wore red armed bands and demonstrated over the murder of “Kaaka”.

They burnt car tyres and damaged a police vehicle when they besieged the police station to demand justice.

The police have since arrested two suspects including Ibrahim Isaka aka “Anyass” and Fuseini Alhassan for Kaaka’s murder.

Speaking to the youth at his palace today, Tuesday, 29 June 2021, Barima Hwedie expressed hope that the security agencies will work assiduously to bring all the perpetrators to book.

He called on the security agencies to do their best and bring justice to the youth.

Meanwhile, security has been beefed up in the community as the body of the deceased has been conveyed to the community for burial today.
