Captain Smart and crew allegedly attacked in Obuasi

During the second day of the Onua Maakye’s Peoples’ Assembly in Obuasi, Ashanti region, the host of the show, Captain Smart, and his crew allegedly faced an attack.

A man believed to be a member of the Obuasi Municipal task force disrupted the event and attempted to hinder the work of the Onua team.

The individual physically prevented the technical team from setting up live equipment, claiming he was instructed to do so from higher authorities.

The Onua team is currently at the Obuasi Central Police Command to address the issue and resolve the situation.
