The resourceful Ghanaian actress, TV host, and songwriter has years of experience in the entertainment industry.
Prior to her worldwide fame with her roles in the Kumawood movies “Asoreba” and “Kumasi Yɔnkoɔ,” Nana Ama rose to prominence for her appearance in the television series Tentacles.
She has acted in numerous movies, both Nollywood and those using English and the local accent.
Later, she joined UTV, where she hosted United Showbiz until she most recently joined the Onua Group, a member of the Media General family.
With T-shirts bearing the greeting “Welcome to Onua TV, Nana Ama McBrown,” on-air personnel and some Onua staff members awaited her at the Media General forecourt before she arrived at the company’s facilities on Monday morning.
She was welcomed and introduced to the team, Captain Smart leading the way, before being led into her office.
Talk shows and other current affairs programs will be managed by Nana Ama on Onua FM/TV.
